Add a New Platform
Want to start importing bookings from a platform that isn't supported yet? Follow the steps below to request integration and set up forwarding for it.
Before continuing, make sure you have already completed the email forwarding setup. You'll need your TourMan forwarding address and an active Gmail filter.
Update your forwarding rule
Gmail
Go to Gmail and click the icon, then select See all settings.
Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, find your existing TourMan filter, and click Edit.
In the From field, append the new platform's sender email using OR:
Click Continue and Update filter to save.
Outlook
Go to Outlook and click the icon.
Navigate to Mail → Rules, find your existing TourMan rule, click the ··· (three dots) icon next to it, and select Edit.
Under the From condition, scroll to the end of the existing address list, type the new platform's sender email, press Enter, then click Save.
Forward sample booking emails to TourMan
Find existing booking emails from the new platform in your inbox and forward them manually to your TourMan address (e.g. your-company@tourman.app).
At minimum, please forward:
- New booking confirmation
- Booking modification (if the platform sends one)
- Booking cancellation
These emails are used by the TourMan team to build the parser for the new platform.

Send an email to the TourMan team letting them know you've added a new platform. Use the button below to open a pre-filled message:
Send request to TourManTimeline: Adding support for a new platform typically takes around 1 week. Once the integration is ready, booking emails from the new platform will be automatically parsed and imported into your TourMan schedule.
