Guides Tour Knowledge

Specify which tours each guide is qualified to lead, and in which languages. This controls which tours a guide can submit availability for.

Why it matters

When a guide submits their availability, they can only select tours that are listed in their knowledge records. This prevents guides from being assigned to tours they haven't been trained for and keeps the scheduling process clean and accurate.

A guide with knowledge of City Walking Tour · English and Catacombs Tour · Spanish will only see those two options when submitting availability — nothing else.
