Tours·General Functionality

General Functionality

The Tours page lists your scheduled tours with the bookings placed in them. It's the main workspace for day-to-day booking management — creating, updating, and deleting bookings, checking guests in, and recording guide income.

Opening a Tour

Tours are grouped by date and listed as collapsed rows showing the time, tour tag, language, and pax count. Clicking a row expands it in place — it's not a separate page — and reveals the full list of bookings for that slot, along with each assigned guide, an Add booking button, and a collapsible section for canceled bookings.

Navigating Dates

By default the page loads today plus the next couple of days, and automatically loads more days as you scroll down. To jump around:

↑ Day before

Loads the previous day at the top of the list.

Today

Jumps back to today. Disabled when today is already showing.

Date picker

Jump straight to any specific date.

Filters

The filter dropdown (next to the date picker) has two groups. A Clear all link appears whenever a filter is active, and the filter button shows a badge with the active tour tag count (or a dot for other active filters).

Per Tour

Tour Tags

Multi-select checkboxes — show only tours with the selected tag(s).

Tour Language

Multi-select checkboxes — show only tours running in the selected language(s).

Time Range

From / To time — show only tours starting within that window (e.g. 13:00 to 15:00).

Adults Count

Min / Max — filters by total adults booked into the tour slot.

Children Count

Min / Max — filters by total children booked into the tour slot.

Per Booking

Adults per Booking

Min / Max — filters individual bookings by their adult count.

Children per Booking

Min / Max — filters individual bookings by their children count.

Total People per Booking

Min / Max — filters individual bookings by adults + children combined.

Searching Bookings

The Search button in the header replaces the date list with a search box. Type at least 2 characters to search across all bookings, not just the currently loaded dates.

Customer name

Partial, case-insensitive match.

Phone number

Partial, case-insensitive match.

Booking ID

The external booking reference (e.g. platform confirmation code).

Customer email is not searchable. Clicking a search result opens the same booking detail panel used elsewhere on the page.

Related General Settings

A few organization-wide settings directly affect what guides see on this page. They live under General Settings:

Guides to only see own tours

When enabled, guides can only see tours they are assigned to via Schedule. When disabled, guides can see all organization tours.

Guides being able to see Booking Platforms

When enabled, guides can see which platform each booking came from. When disabled, platform information is hidden from guides.

Show combined pax count

When enabled, adults and children are shown as a single total number. When disabled, they are shown separately (e.g. 10 + 3).

Hours before tour becomes visible

Guides can see all tours in advance. Outside this window, only their assigned tours will be visible.
