Tour Management
Create, edit, and remove tour slots directly from the Schedule calendar.
Adding a Tour Slot
Click the button that appears when hovering over any calendar cell to open the new tour form.
Fields
Tour
The tour to schedule.
Date
The date on which this slot runs.
Time
The start time of the tour.
Language
The language in which the tour will be conducted.
Tour Type
Mark the slot as a Private tour or leave it as a standard public tour.
Repeat
Optionally repeat this slot over a period: Don't repeat, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days. When a repeat interval is selected, you can also choose which days of the week the slot should repeat on (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri only).
Editing a Tour Slot
Click any tour slot card to open its detail panel. From there you can change the slot's status.
Make Private / Make Public
Toggles the slot between a private and a public tour.
Close Tour
Marks the slot as closed visually — the card shows a red CLOSED badge. Bookings can still arrive and all other actions remain available; this is a display-only status.
Limit Tour
Marks the slot as limited visually — the card shows an orange LTD badge. Like Close Tour, this is display-only: bookings continue to arrive normally.
Deleting a Tour Slot
Click the slot card to open the detail panel. The delete button is in the top-right corner of the panel header — a red trash icon next to the close button.
Tour Card
Each slot in the calendar is represented by a compact card. Here's what you can see on it:
Language flag
The language in which this slot runs.
Tour tag
Short identifier for the tour, color-coded per tour for quick recognition.
Lock icon
Indicates the slot is a Private tour.
Overcapacity warning
Shown when the number of passengers per assigned guide exceeds the tour's capacity setting.
Pax count
Number of adult passengers. If children are present, shown as 12+2. Can be displayed as a combined total depending on organization settings.
Guide initials
Initials of the assigned guide(s). Shows ? in orange if no guide has been assigned yet.
Closed badge
The slot has been marked as closed. Display only.
Limited badge
The slot has been marked as limited. Display only.
Card background colors (guide view)
Green
You are assigned to this slot.
Blue
You have submitted availability for this slot but are not assigned.
Red
The slot is closed.
Default
Standard slot — no special status for the current user.
