Booking Information
Expanding a tour row reveals one row per booking placed in it. Here's what every badge, icon, and number on a booking row means.
Booking Row
Five examples below cover every state a booking row can show.
Customer name
Green border/background — the guest confirmed attending when pre-checked (contacted ahead of time). Red — the guest declined. Plain text — pre-check-in was never used for this booking.
Notes indicator
Small yellow dot on the name — this booking has internal notes attached.
Platform icon
Which platform the booking came from. Hidden from guides if the organization disabled platform visibility.
Canceled badge
The booking was deleted/canceled. The whole row is also faded.
Tips icon (green)
The guide received tips for this booking.
Check-in badge
"by <name>" — who checked this booking in. The whole row also turns green.
Pax count
Checked-in pax / total booked pax, as adults+children or combined depending on organization settings.
Contact button
WhatsApp icon if a phone number is on file (opens wa.me); otherwise a mail icon if an email is on file (opens a mailto: link). Hidden if neither is available.
Positive feedback button (green)
Sits to the right of the row, outside the card — a guide left positive feedback for this guest in their Tour Report. Click it to see the details.
Negative feedback button (red)
Same spot, for negative feedback — e.g. low/no pay, left halfway, misbehaviour, or arrived late. Click to open the details: reason(s) and the guide's note, if one was left. Neither button appears if no feedback was recorded.
