How to Connect Email

Set up automatic email forwarding so that booking confirmations from platforms like GetYourGuide, Viator, and others are sent directly to TourMan and imported automatically.

Before you start, make sure you have received your personal TourMan forwarding address from the TourMan team. It looks like your-company@tourman.app.

GmailGmail

1

Add the TourMan forwarding address

Go to Gmail and click the icon in the top right corner, then select See all settings.

Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and click Add a forwarding address.

Enter your TourMan address and click Next. Gmail will send a confirmation email to that address. To confirm, go to tourman.app/booking-mails, open the latest email, copy the confirmation link from it, paste it into your browser, and click Confirm.

2

Open Filters and Blocked Addresses

Still in Settings → See all settings, open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, then click Create a new filter.

3

Enter the sender addresses

In the From field, paste all booking platform addresses at once using OR — Gmail will match any of them:

From field value
support@guruwalk.com OR no-reply@guruwalk.com OR noreply@guruwalk.com OR notifications@guruwalk.com OR bookings@freetour.com OR noreply@freetour.com OR support@freetour.com OR noreply@getyourguide.com OR bookings@getyourguide.com OR do-not-reply@notification.getyourguide.com OR booking@t1.viator.com OR no-reply@turitop.com OR support@whatabouttours.com OR freetours@oneport.app OR reservas@turixe.com OR info@withlocals.com OR no-reply@withlocals.com OR automated@airbnb.com

Copy the text above, then click the button to open Gmail's filter creator and paste it into the From field:

Open Gmail Filter Creator

Click Create filter when done.

4

Set the forwarding action

On the next screen, check Forward it to and select your TourMan address from the dropdown.

Click Create filter to save.

From this point, every new booking email from that sender will be automatically forwarded to TourMan and imported into your schedule.

Tip: By pasting all addresses in one filter you only need to create it once. Any future booking email from any of these platforms will be automatically forwarded to TourMan.

OutlookOutlook

1

Open Mail Rules

Go to Outlook and click the icon in the top right corner.

Navigate to Mail → Rules and click Add new rule.

2

Set the condition

Give the rule a name, for example Forward to TourMan.

Under Add a condition, select From. Outlook requires you to add each address individually — type or paste one address, press Enter, then repeat for the next. Add all of the following:

  • support@guruwalk.com
  • no-reply@guruwalk.com
  • noreply@guruwalk.com
  • notifications@guruwalk.com
  • bookings@freetour.com
  • noreply@freetour.com
  • support@freetour.com
  • noreply@getyourguide.com
  • bookings@getyourguide.com
  • do-not-reply@notification.getyourguide.com
  • booking@t1.viator.com
  • no-reply@turitop.com
  • support@whatabouttours.com
  • freetours@oneport.app
  • reservas@turixe.com
  • info@withlocals.com
  • no-reply@withlocals.com
  • automated@airbnb.com

Outlook will trigger the rule if the email is from any of the listed senders.

3

Set the action

Under Add an action, select Forward to and enter your TourMan address (e.g. your-company@tourman.app).

Click Save to activate the rule.

From this point, every new booking email from those platforms will be automatically forwarded to TourMan and imported into your schedule.

Tip: Unlike Gmail, Outlook rules don't require a verification step — your TourMan forwarding address is active immediately after saving the rule.
