Tour Information
Every tour slot is displayed as a collapsed row summarizing the whole slot. Here's what every badge, icon, and number on it means.
Tour Row
The collapsed row for a slot. Three examples below cover every badge and pax state it can show.
Time
The slot's start time.
Tour tag & language flag
Short tour identifier, color-coded per tour, with a flag for the language it runs in.
Closed badge
Slot marked closed. Display only — bookings can still arrive.
Limited badge
Slot marked limited. Display only.
Lock icon
This is a private tour.
Note badge
A small yellow badge next to the time means this slot has a note attached. Expand the row to read it — Admins and Managers can also add, edit, or delete the note from there.
Guide initials
Initials of each assigned guide. A checkmark icon appears next to a guide's initials once they've recorded their income for this slot (visible to Admins/Managers only). No badge appears at all if no guide is assigned yet.
Pax count
Before anyone checks in: total booked pax, split as adults+children or combined depending on organization settings. After the first check-in: checked-in pax / total pax, broken down per guide if more than one checked people in.
Missing
Shown in red once check-in has started: booked pax who haven't checked in yet.
Pre-checked-in count
Shown in blue before check-in starts, if any bookings were marked pre-checked-in in advance.
Open slots
Green — remaining capacity across all assigned guides (guide count × tour capacity − booked pax).
Over capacity
Red — the slot is booked beyond its capacity.
Row background & border color
Red
The slot is closed. Takes priority over the other colors.
Green
You (the current guide) have already recorded income for this slot.
Blue
You are assigned to this slot.
Default
None of the above.
