Update your organization's display name, logo, address, and billing details. This information appears on payment records and invoices generated for your guides.
Display Name
The name shown across the platform — in the sidebar, reports, and emails sent to guides.
Logo
Your organization's logo, displayed in the sidebar, guide-facing app, and on payment records.
Address, City, Country
Your organization's physical address. Printed on payment records next to the organization's name, useful for official income verification documents.
Tax ID
Your organization's tax identification number (e.g. VAT number, EIN). Printed on payment records alongside the address for compliance and tax purposes.
Tour Timezone
The timezone where your tours actually run — used to determine "today", check-in windows, and tour visibility, regardless of where a guide or admin happens to be.
Tip: Filling in your address and Tax ID ensures that payment records generated for guides are complete and can be used as official proof of income.
